Housing
The Handy Brigade is a shared initiative between the Town of Richmond and Age-Friendly Bowdoinham. The group is led by the Masons and includes townspeople who volunteer to help older residents with small household tasks, yard work, or general handyman needs.
Social Participation
Richmond Area Senior Center is open 4 days/week, Monday - Thursday from 10-3:00. Activities include a Quilting Class, Game Days, Cribbage, Bingo, Trips, and a wide array of socializing and sharing.
Transportation (including promotion of active transportation
Richmond Rides Volunteer Driver Program provides rides to medical appointments, errands and socialization opportunties
